PRIVACY DETAILS

Know what is shared.

This page explains what this website and the Form Marshal plugins do with information. Last updated October 11, 2026.

This website

The website does not include analytics, advertising scripts, signup forms, or tracking cookies. Its fonts, images, and scripts are served from the website itself.

The hosting provider may record requests to the website, including an IP address, browser information, and the requested page, in server logs. The provider's practices and retention depend on where the website is hosted.

Purchases and licensing

Purchases use Freemius checkout. Freemius handles payment, billing, and licensing information under its own privacy policy. Payment details are entered in Freemius checkout, not collected by this website.

Form Marshal Pro uses Freemius for licenses and updates. A licensed site shares its address, WordPress, PHP, and Pro versions, and whether Pro is active. Changed details may be sent again once a day. On activation, the licensing software may also send the activating administrator's name and email.

Site name and language are shared only if the administrator turns that on during activation. Sharing the plugin and theme list is off. Opting out under Plugins stops updates.

Form findings and answers

The free Form Marshal plugin makes no outside requests. Its stored findings identify patterns and counts, rather than retaining submitted form answer values.

Pro's reports use those findings and contain no submitted entry values. Reports can include site and form names, field-related reasons, page names and URLs, and data destinations. Handle a report as an internal record if those details are sensitive.

Optional notifications and connections

If configured, the daily digest sends counts, health-form names, status, and links to your chosen recipients. Event messages send event details, the site URL, form IDs, classifications, reasons, and timestamps to the URL you configure. They do not include submitted form answers.

The monitoring health check requires a site token and returns counts and the last scan time. Only the token's hash is stored on the site.

Support on GitHub

The support repository is public. Do not post patient information, form answers, passwords, license keys, or identifying details about an organization or its patients. GitHub handles account and support information under its privacy statement.

For private account and license matters, use the support contact listed with your purchase. Report security problems privately using GitHub's private vulnerability reporting.

Privacy questions

For general questions, use GitHub support without posting sensitive details. For questions about a purchase, use the support contact in your Freemius purchase information.
